RED FANG - Video Premiere Of 'Hank Is Dead'!

Portland, Oregon's RED FANG are premiering their NEW video today for their song "Hank Is Dead", which is taken from their critically acclaimed release 'Murder The Mountains'. RED FANG worked with director extraordinaire, Whitey McConnaughy on the video which can be viewed below

Drummer John Sherman spoke about the "Hank is Dead" video:

"Another great concept from the brilliant mind of Whitey McConnaughy. This one came together super quick with the help of some insane Portland locals and their sick air guitar skills. We basically just threw a big party and had a blast while a bunch of cameras ran. That is my shower Aaron and Bryan and Bobcat are in at the intro, btw. It still has a weird ring around it..."

RED FANG are currently on tour in Europe with Mastodon. The tour runs through February 11th in London and includes RED FANG headline dates in addition to the shows with Mastodon (tourdates below).

RED FANG are streaming 'Murder The Mountains' in its entirety below. The band recorded 'Murder The Mountains' with THE DECEMBERISTS' Chris Funk and the album was mixed by three-time Grammy Award winner Vance Powell (WHITE STRIPES, THE RACONTEURS). 'Murder The Mountains' is now available on CD, 12" vinyl, and deluxe digital.

Colombian Metaleros HEADCRUSHER Unleash 'Let The Blood Run' - Album Stream Available!

Formed in early 2001 in Pereira, Colombia, South America. HEADCRUSHER’s blend of Thrash Metal, Death Metal and Hardcore climbed them to the top of the growing Colombian and South American Metal scene. HEADCRUSHER arrived in New York in 2007 and toured the East Coast. The Band relocated to Austin, Texas in the summer of 2008 and recorded their self titled EP in 2009. The tracks were mastered by Juan Urteaga (Exodus, Testament, Machine Head) at Trident Studios in Northern California, with the artwork designed by Alex Eckman-Lawn (Architects, Syopus, Hacride).

In March of 2011, they won the Road To Full Metal Texas contest held by Roadrunner Records and played at the SXSW showcase, sharing the stage with such bands as: The Red Chord, Upon a Burning Body, Kvelertak, Trap Them. During this legendary showcase, Rex Brown (ex-Pantera and Down, now in Kill Devil Hill) became an instant fan of HEADCRUSHER. Other fans of the band include Max Cavalera (ex-Sepultura, now in Soulfly and Cavalera Conspiracy) and Marc Rizzo (ex-Ill Niño, now in Soufly and Cavalera Conspiracy).

Yesterday, this Colombian Metaleros unleashed a ferocious album entitled 'Let The Blood Run'. In times when the tendency is to write Progressive Metal since it is the "flavor of the day", HEADCRUSHER have proved that Heavy Metal is all about speedy shredding sounds that pierce through your brain from front-to-back and side-to-side. The band is the go-to opening band in Austin, Texas (the bands adoptive city) when it comes to upscale Heavy Music concerts. HEADCRUSHER has shared stage with acts like Apocalyptica, Suicidal Tendencies, Cavalera Conspiracy, Lazarus A.D, Allegaeon, Motograter, Silent Civilian, Animal (Argentina), Confronto (Brazil), Koyi K Utho (Colombia), and Souledge (Colombia), among others.

Crank it up and share this head-crushing experience with all your friends.

HEADCRUSHER is:

- Kike: Vocals
- Alejandro: Drums
- David: Guitar
- Gustavo: Bajo
- Carlos: Guitar

Words from the converted:

"This ranks right up there with the new Absu as one of the best occult Metal albums of the year!" -- Wormwood Chronicles

"This will scar you mentally as well as aurally... this gives you those moments of when Black Metal was new and a very hidden art form on the world. Well done, PTAHIL." -- AZM

“These two creatures of the dark universe have conjured up nine songs that will sting you like the lash of the whip of your underworld master.” — Cvlt Nation

“PTAHIL appreciate how to disturb the listener to good effect.” — Alternative Matter

“…be prepared for a violently blissful ascension toward their goal of annihilation.” — Forbidden

“Lightly melodic Black Metal which from time to time is reminiscent of Watain… The more you listen to the album the more captivating and stronger it becomes… PTAHIL is a band to keep an eye on.” — Lords of Metal

“…if you like your Metal dirty, with a Punk attitude and aesthetic that often shifts into more traditional metal leanings, and are gung-ho for some “hail satan!” shenanigans, then this record is probably going to satisfy you…” — Music Emissions
